HELLO & WELCOME
I am Natasha—a mother, holistic practitioner, and advocate for seasonal living. I guide women through the art of intuitive nourishment, helping you reconnect with your body’s needs. My approach is rooted in more than just professional certification; it was forged within my own kitchen and home. I believe in a balanced path to wellness—one that honors hormonal health, traditional wisdom, and the simple, sacred act of feeding your family with grace, intention, and authentic joy.
My Story
My path into wellness started long before I ever studied nutrition.
It started in my childhood.
I grew up watching my grandfather, my father, and my grandmother all navigate diabetes—moving from pre-diabetes into full diagnosis. I watched how that changed everything in our home, especially around food.
We were a low-income family. My parents worked hard—multiple jobs at times—and we did the best we could. There were food stamps, fast food, quick meals, and convenience, because that’s what life required in that season.
But there was also effort.
I remember my grandfather beginning to cook differently after his diagnosis—more vegetables, more intention—and that’s where something sparked for me. I started learning from him, taking home economics classes, watching cooking shows, and becoming curious about food in a deeper way.
At the same time, my own health was shifting.
As a teenager, I struggled with things I didn’t yet understand—digestive issues, irregular patterns, discomfort that I didn’t have the language for at the time. I didn’t know what was “normal” or not. I just knew something felt off.
By 14, I had my first colonoscopy. I’ve had multiple since.
I experienced heavy, painful cycles and was placed on birth control at a young age. Later, I would learn I had endometriosis and fibroids. I struggled with food sensitivities, weight fluctuations, and feeling disconnected from my body.
And alongside all of that—life was complex.
I grew up in a household that experienced addiction, recovery, and instability. There were seasons that were heavy, and as a teenager, I struggled deeply with depression.
That’s when I found movement.
Yoga became a space where I could breathe, feel, and begin to reconnect with myself in a way I hadn’t before.
And slowly, over time, something shifted.
As I got older—when I started working, when I had more independence, and especially when I became a mother—I began to care for myself differently.
I started asking questions.
I started connecting the dots.
I started choosing differently.
Not perfectly—but intentionally.
I fell in love with movement.
With learning.
With understanding how the body works and how to support it.
And I realized something important:
I didn’t grow up with the tools, the education, or the guidance I needed—but I could learn them.
And once I learned them, I couldn’t keep them to myself.
That’s what led me into holistic nutrition, digestive wellness, and herbalism.
But more than anything, it led me here—with a deep desire to help others who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of where to begin.
Because I understand that place.
Now, I live a life rooted in nourishment.
I cook. I grow food. I use herbs. I move my body. I care for my family in ways that feel aligned, grounded, and sustainable.
I’m not here to offer perfection.
I’m here to offer real support, real education, and real-life tools that meet you where you are.
Because this work isn’t just what I do—
It’s everything I’ve lived.
🌿 Life Beyond the Work
Outside of my work, my life is rooted in the simple things that bring me joy and keep me grounded.
I love being in the kitchen—cooking, creating meals, and nourishing my family in ways that feel both comforting and intentional. It’s still one of my favorite places to be.
You’ll often find me in the garden, tending to herbs and plants, or out in the yard raising chickens and learning more about what it means to truly live close to the land. Lately, I’ve also been embracing my role as an indoor plant mama—bringing more life and greenery into our home, one plant at a time.
Nature is where I reset.
Whether it’s hiking with my husband, sitting outside watching the clouds, or just taking in fresh air, those quiet moments help me slow down and reconnect.
Movement has always been a part of my life too. I love moving my body, dancing, and finding ways to feel strong and present in my body.
And then there’s music.
I love to sing—whether it’s at home, in the car, or out doing karaoke. It’s one of those things that brings me joy, connection, and a sense of freedom.
Family is everything to me.
My husband and I have been married for 22 years, and we’re stepping into a new season together as we prepare to become empty nesters. Our son is a firefighter, and our daughter is heading off to college—something we’re incredibly proud of and excited for.
Midlife, for me, feels like a beginning—not an ending.
A season of growth, freedom, deeper connection, and living more fully in alignment with what truly matters.
