Nourished in the Kitchen is a home-centered approach to nourishment for women navigating midlife transitions while still feeding and caring for their families.
This is not about strict rules, separate meals, or doing more.
It’s about learning how to nourish yourself within the kitchen you already stand in — using real food, simple rhythms, and family-friendly meals that support energy, hormones, digestion, and overall well-being.

Why This Exists
A supportive kitchen school for women who want confidence in their kitchen again.
After 12+ years in holistic health, I realized something simple — true nourishment begins in the kitchen.

Throughout the year we explore seasonal foods,digestive support,herbal remedies and lifestyle rhythms that support the body during each season.
You'll also be introduced to beginner-friendly herbal education that brings natural remedies back into everyday
Seasonal Wellness & Herbal Learning
Members are invited to live nutrition and herbal education classes and seasonal cooking lesson each month.
These classes help you move from learning to implementation, building balanced meals, understanding ingredients and gaining confidence in your kitchen and life.
All sessions are recored so you can watch anytime.
Live Teaching & Seasonal Cooking Classes
Inside Nourished in the Kitchen, you'll receive clear and approachable nutrition education designed specifically for midlife. Each week includes 5-minute Bite lessons,short educational videos ,and live classes that help you understand how food affects your energy, hormones,digestion and metabolism.
